Billing information

On, payment for products, services and shipping are due at the time of placing the order.

There are three acceptable methods of payment: -

Credit / Debit Card - with the exclusion of American Express cards


Bank Transfer


Payment by Bank Transfer

In order to pay by bank transfer, you will have to select the option in the payment methods options on the payment page. Once you selected it, your order will be placed on a holding status. The details of our bankers will then appear. With this information you will be able to make the bank transfer at your local bank or online. Once we have received confirmation of payment, your order will be processed for delivery in 3 - 10 working days.


Delivery Information

We can only deliver to a UK address (excluiding Northern Ireland), all orders will be delivered via a parcel courier.

Orders placed with incomplete, incorrect or non-UK delivery addresses will be cancelled, any payment made will be refunded

Due to new Post-Brexit legislation we have been advised some cariers are demanding payment of VAT and Import duty before they will deliver.

The standard delivery time is 3-10 working days.

There is no delivery charge for orders to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland)

The tracking details are provided on your order which can be accessed from your online account.

Channel Islands

We are sorry to advise orders can no longer accepted from the Channel Islands.

The recent increases in delivery costs are prohibitive.

Northern Ireland

We are sorry to advise orders can no longer accepted from Northern Ireland.


Republic of Ireland

Unfortunately we have had to withdraw the online ordering facility for the Republic of Ireland.
