Yves Delorme UK Statement on COVID-19 - An Update for Our Customers  

Dear Customers,

The current logistical issues with cross border transport between the UK and EU have extended our lead time to 7 - 14 working days.

We are working hard to reduce these times.

The current Lockdown regulations in England require us to close the Boutiques listed below from Tuesday 5th January 2021 until further notice.

The health of our team and of our clients is important to us.

When we re-open to protect you from COVID-19 below are the rules we will be implementing in our stores:                                       

• Keep a 2m distance between each person if waiting in line outside
• Wearing a mask is mandatory for our customers before entering our store
• 2 customers maximum in the shop
• Please wash your hands at the entrance of the store with the antibacterial gel provided to you
• Keep a 2m distance between each person in the store
• Payment by card only

• For more comfort, contact us for individual appointment.
• Free home delivery on request
• Nightwear cannot be tried until further notice
• Fitting Room is not currently in use
