The all-American brand that is Ralph Lauren looks to the history and traditions of the English once again this season with the Inez Paisley bed linen collection. Travelling through time hundreds of years back, the design inspiration lies in the Jacobean era of the early 17th century ruled by king James I., notable for its rich decorative arts full of colour and detail with influences from other parts of the world evermore present. This influence results in an opulent paisley print reminiscent of Indian textiles, filled with bold floral motifs on a bed of soft cotton sateen in deep terracotta red.
